Dante praised Pavic's defensive potential and mentality. "He has everything needed to become a very good defender," the former Bayern centre-back explained. The Brazilian-born left winger, who relocated to Thailand at age ten before joining Bayern's World Squad in 2024, made his senior debut last season and has already impressed coaching staff with his intensity. Dante observed that Cardozo's relentless approach sometimes requires tactical management. "He is always focused, always concentrated. He is always full throttle," Dante said. "Once I had to slow him down: 'Hey Maycon, not every time sprint, sprint, sprint.'"
Cardozo's work ethic sets a positive example for Bayern's reserve group. His rapid German language acquisition—attributed to his international upbringing—demonstrates adaptability beyond the pitch. Both players are now positioned to gain regular minutes in the Regionalliga as they develop under Dante's guidance ahead of potential senior team opportunities.
