Arsenal have officially announced the signing of Greece international winger Christos Tzolis from Belgian champions Club Brugge on a long-term deal. The Greek winger brings exceptional pedigree after establishing himself as one of the standout performers in Belgian football. During his spell at Club Brugge, Tzolis made 108 appearances across all competitions, accumulating an impressive 43 goals and 45 assists. He won back-to-back Player of the Season awards in the Belgian Pro League, helping the club secure both the domestic title and cup success during his tenure. His versatility across the front line and ability to create in tight spaces impressed Arsenal's sporting director Andrea Berta, who highlighted Tzolis's technical quality and mentality as key additions to the squad.

Tzolis began his career with PAOK Thessaloniki, where he demonstrated early promise by scoring 20 goals in 27 youth team matches. After promotion to the first team, he contributed five goals in four appearances during PAOK's Greek Cup triumph in 2021. A move to Norwich City followed, but loan spells at Dutch side Twente and German outfit Fortuna Düsseldorf proved pivotal in his development before his switch to Belgium.
At international level, the winger has earned 34 caps for Greece since making his senior debut in October 2020. His trajectory represents a pathway increasingly common among top European prospects: starting in the Greek top flight before establishing himself as a key player across Europe's competitive domestic leagues. Arsenal's recruitment strategy now targets proven performers from these leagues rather than relying solely on traditional English pathways.
