The Bayern Munich winger's departure from the property has sparked fresh speculation about his future, with Real Madrid reportedly circling the French international following his standout performances at the 2026 World Cup.

The 24-year-old's relocation is not driven by a transfer, however. The mansion, situated less than 10 minutes from Bayern's training facility, is being sold by former Bayern defender Jerome Boateng, who originally purchased the estate for €7.4 million in 2016. The property has since appreciated significantly and is now valued at €11.5 million, attracting multiple offers in the current market.
Olise's two-year tenure at the residence saw him enjoy world-class amenities including a private cinema, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool.
