The 28-year-old Egyptian striker completed an individual session on Wednesday, separated from the main squad currently on a week-long training camp in La Baule.
Mohamed's delayed return has left the Ligue 2 club frustrated. According to Ouest-France, Nantes issued daily warnings threatening to withhold his salary until he showed up at the training ground. His absence sparked confusion within the club's hierarchy, with coach Michel Der Zakarian expressing rare criticism of a player's conduct. The former Montpellier manager stated bluntly: "The player does not want to come to training, that is his problem, not ours. If he does not want to train, then let him stay at home."

Mohamed has made his intentions clear: he wants to leave Nantes this summer. The Egyptian forward's salary was reduced following the club's relegation from Ligue 1, making his situation increasingly untenable. However, his departure options remain limited.
