"It's fair to say Thomas blew us away," Bullingham explained, detailing how Tuchel presented a comprehensive PowerPoint outlining plans to elevate England's ambitions. The meeting took place in a specially arranged room at Munich Airport, with attendees arriving separately to maintain confidentiality. Beyond the tactical content, Tuchel's passion and eloquence during the presentation left a lasting impression on FA leadership. Technical director John McDermott praised the coach's depth of knowledge, noting: "He brings warmth and clarity. He loves football; he loves English football."
Data-Driven Selection Process
