Esmir Bajraktarevic has emerged as a prime target for Saudi Arabia's Ittihad Club, offering PSV a chance to capitalize on overseas interest in the versatile winger. Technical director Earnest Stewart is preparing for a significant offer from the Gulf outfit, which recently had a €37.5 million bid rejected by Feyenoord for striker Anis Hadj Moussa.
According to reporting from Eindhovens Dagblad journalist Rik Elfrink, PSV will initially target a fee between €10 million and €15 million, with potential bonuses and add-ons sweetening the deal. While Bajraktarevic's representatives are aware of Ittihad's interest, direct contact between the clubs has not yet materialized. The Dutch side remains confident they can extract a premium for a player who has featured in 43 matches since arriving from New England Revolution in early 2025 for roughly €3 million.

PSV have a recent blueprint for conducting business with Saudi clubs. Defender Matteo Dams departed for Al-Ahli at the start of 2024, netting the Eredivisie side just under €10 million. Bajraktarevic's profile—a dynamic right winger with seven goals and five assists in his Eindhoven tenure—suggests he could command a higher valuation than the Dams transaction.
The winger's departure has been quietly sanctioned by the club hierarchy, making him available despite the winter transfer window technically having closed in Europe. Ittihad's pursuit stems from their need to strengthen the right-flank position after seeing their opening target rebuffed.
