This five-month advanced programme, launching in January 2027, represents a landmark collaboration between one of Europe's most prestigious football clubs and Italy's leading technical university.

The master's degree targets managers and professionals seeking to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of modern sports and entertainment industries. By combining Juventus's operational expertise with the Polytechnic's scientific rigour, the course adopts a systemic and integrated approach to leadership development. Greta Bodino, Juventus Chief People, Culture & ESG Officer, emphasised the partnership's significance: "This master's was born from the spark of combining Juve's vision and the Polytechnic's technology," noting that the graduation ceremony will be held at the Allianz Stadium.

Programme Structure and Leadership Vision

The course welcomes thirty participants for its inaugural cohort and comprises approximately 60-70 hours of blended instruction combining in-person and online sessions, supplemented by substantial project work. Giorgio Chiellini, speaking at the launch conference, articulated the deeper ambition behind the initiative: "The hope is to provide scientific expertise to create systems that can last over time," signalling Juventus's commitment to developing sustainable frameworks within sports management.

Teaching will be delivered by lecturers from Politecnico di Torino alongside international experts from leading sports and entertainment organisations, ensuring a curriculum grounded in both academic rigour and industry practice. Stefano Corgnati, Rector of the Polytechnic, praised the collaborative spirit: "Juve immediately made us feel like family, the atmosphere we found allowed us to do everything quickly." This executive master positions itself as a bridge between operational sports management and organisational systems thinking—a growing demand in European sports administration and business leadership.

The partnership signals broader institutional confidence in developing the next generation of sports sector leaders equipped to manage organisational complexity and drive innovation within football clubs and entertainment enterprises across Europe.
