According to Italian sources, the Bianconeri have received an initial green light from the forward's team and are confident negotiations will advance swiftly. United's hierarchy appear receptive to a sale, valuing the striker between €35 million and €40 million, or alternatively entertaining a loan arrangement with a purchase option.
Juventus Planning Major Offensive Overhaul
Massara's ambitions extend beyond Zirkzee alone. Juventus are simultaneously pursuing Randal Kolo Muani, the Paris Saint-Germain forward who enjoyed a productive loan spell at the club during the second half of the 2024-25 campaign. Muani has expressed his desire to return to Turin permanently, and with both targets showing willingness, the Serie A side are constructing a significant attacking reinvestment.
Zirkzee's potential departure vindicates concerns raised by Dutch football legend Ruud Gullit, who previously questioned the striker's move to Old Trafford. Gullit maintained that the technically-gifted forward was better suited to Italian football's methodical style, stating: "I think he should have stayed in Serie A. He was doing well with Bologna and I think he should have gone to a better team in Italy."
