The triumph propels the club to 14 points and third place in the standings, level on points with second-placed Al-Qadsiah and just one point adrift of leaders Al-Hilal.
The home side dominated early possession, with George Ilenikhena testing goalkeeper Orlando Mosquera in the tenth minute. Al-Feiha responded dangerously through Alpha Semedo moments later, but Al-Ittihad's defence held firm. The breakthrough arrived in the 43rd minute when Ilenikhena powered a header home after a chaotic sequence saw the ball rebound off the crossbar. Al-Feiha refused to capitulate, however, and Jason Remescido struck an equaliser deep into stoppage time, capitalising on Ahmed Bamsaoud's cross to level matters at 1-1 heading into the interval.
Al-Ittihad Seizes Control in Second Half
The visitors emerged revitalised after the break, making tactical adjustments with Marwan Al-Sahafi replacing Steven Bergwijn. Despite Al-Ittihad's sustained pressure, they found the breakthrough only after a VAR-assisted penalty decision in the 68th minute. Youssef En-Nesyri stepped up and converted from the spot with clinical precision, restoring his side's lead at 2-1. Al-Feiha mounted a late offensive, forcing Mohammed Al-Absi into saves from Fashion Sakala and Hugo Mora, but Al-Ittihad's defence ultimately proved resolute in seeing out the contest.
The victory continues Al-Ittihad's momentum following their identical 2-1 triumph over rivals Al-Nassr in their previous outing.
